Any other non-NHS work will be quoted depending on the GP / admin time taken to complete the work. This has to be agreed and paid prior to the report / work being undertaken.

PLEASE NOTE REPORTS WILL NOT BE COMPLETED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. 

Please be aware that practice policy states we require 30 days to complete any reports/insurance forms/letters etc. In most circumstances, they are completed before this. In exceptional circumstances, the doctor may complete a report/form etc., sooner if required urgently. Please speak with the reports clerk if this is the case.
