Lisa Roberts – General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the practice as well as strategic planning. If you have any comments, complaints or suggestions please contact her.

Emily – Administration Manager

Emily is responsible for assisting the General Manager in the day to day running of the practice.

Jane – Lead Results Administrator

Jane deals with all the administration of the investigation results. She gives out test results that have been authorised by the doctor between 11.30am and 1.30pm Monday to Friday. Please remember that Jane is not clinically trained and therefore can only give out factual information and will not be able to advise on the results nor speculate what they mean.

Julie – Administration Clerk

Scans all incoming mail into patients’ records.

Ethan – Administration Clerk

Deals with all insurance reports, subject access requests etc

Secretaries

Secretaries mainly deal with hospital correspondence (especially referrals) and patient queries. They liaise with other agencies and generally provide a secretarial service to the doctors and other members of staff.

Booking appointments

When contacting the practice to book an appointment, please be aware that you will be asked for information by the Medical Care Navigators. They need to know, to help them ensure that patients are seen by the most appropriate service to deal with the situation. Anything you tell them will be treated in absolute confidence.
