Lupset Health Centre was completed in December 1999. Approximately 13,000 patients are registered at the practice. The previous premises were on Aysgarth Drive in Lupset. The practice has been in existence since the 1930s.
The practice covers some parts of Ossett, Horbury, Lupset, parts of the city centre, Sandal and Wrenthorpe. If you are in doubt we will be pleased to give you exact details. Please ask at Reception.
Please note that we have extended our opening times to increase the number of booked appointments earlier in the day and later into the evening on some days. Reception will be open slightly later on certain days to drop off or pick up prescriptions or for general enquiries (see below). Please do not attempt to come outside of these hours. Access will be via a buzzer entry system, once reception is closed. Please note that the surgery phone will not be manned after 6.00pm every day (when they are transferred to the out of hours provider) so if you need to cancel or confirm an appointment please do it before this time.
